Strong Towns Event with Andrew Burleson

Strong Towns is proud to announce an upcoming Virtual Chat with Andrew Burleson.

How Urban Design Affects Property Values

 with Andrew Burleson

Tuesday, September 25
2:00 to 3:30 PM CST

This is an important online event about the relationship between urban design and property values that you won't want to miss.

We've asked Andrew Burleson, the principal of Fourth Environment, LLC, a real estate development and urban design consultancy in Houston, TX, to share his insights with you and others passionate about a strong towns approach.

In this presentation, Andrew will explain what makes urban land valuable and how our built-environment affects property values. He'll introduce the Net Attraction Framework, a model that identifies patterns in the relationship between design and value. Andrew will also compare the return on investment on public projects that emphasize quality of design versus projects that don't.

This event is free of charge, although we are requesting an optional, voluntary donation to help us cover our expenses. Strong Towns is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Anyone who donates will receive a signed copy of Thoughts on Building Strong Towns (Volume 1).

Andrew Burleson's insights are fresh and will help you in your efforts to make your town a strong town. We're really proud to have this opportunity to share them with you. I hope you can attend.
