ULI Tampa Bay hosts Jim Kumon as he gives a talk on Transit Oriented Development
About Jim:
Jim started his professional career in multi-family housing design and urban planning in Los Angeles and later moved to Denver to work on transportation infrastructure projects. At each of these stops, including his current home of Minneapolis, he has personally and professionally experienced the steps those regions are taking to re-orient their places around transit and walkable neighborhoods. With the recently passed Accessory Dwelling Unit ordinance, Jim is adding developer and landlord to his hobbies of gardening and home renovation as he is adding an ADU to the backyard of his 104 year old house in South Minneapolis.
