Chuck Marohn will give a public presentation with Joe Minicozzi of Urban3.

At this event, Marohn will explain, in plain language, how so many American cities have found themselves in decline after decades of “growth.” The problem lies in the current model of development — one which values short-term gains over long-term prosperity. Joe Minicozzi will demonstrate how land use economics are an effective tool to understand ways a community can proactively manage growth.

The event will kick off with an open house from 5-6pm and the presentation will run from 6-8pm, concluding with Q&A.
