In response to a hit-and-run crash, community members in Memphis, Tennessee, convene to analyze a South City intersection using the Crash Analysis model.

Local and technical experts will...

  • Examine the site of a crash that took place at the intersection of Walnut Street and Vance Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.

  • Identify the multiple underlying factors that contributed to this crash.

  • Provide practical recommendations for quickly reducing the frequency and severity of future crashes.

To help others eliminate preventable traffic deaths in their own communities, this analysis will be streamed live to the general public. A recording will be made available after the session’s conclusion, along with a report detailing the panel’s observations and recommendations for repairing local streets.
