Washington, D.C. — Strong Towns was discussed on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives earlier this January at a Transportation and Infrastructure Committee hearing. Congressman Jake Auchincloss (MA) called for the federal government to give states more flexibility in managing their transportation infrastructure (especially highways).
