Scarlett Sullens

Scarlett Sullens serves as the Development and Partnerships Program Coordinator for Strong Towns. Scarlett brings a background in economics and the legal field to her work at Strong Towns. She is seeking a degree in economics from the University of West Florida and previously worked as a legal assistant, where she gained firsthand insight into the impacts of unsafe and unproductive transportation systems. Scarlett was introduced to Strong Towns after volunteering for the Civic Leader Summit in Pensacola, Florida, and was drawn to the organization’s mission — particularly its work to advance safe and productive streets. In her role, she focuses on building relationships and helping grow the Strong Towns movement to create lasting community impact. Originally from Dahlonega, Georgia, she now lives in Pensacola, Florida, where she remains deeply engaged in community service, including serving on the board of Pensacola Young Professionals.
